Fairly good Neapolitan-style (although much larger) pizzas. The rest of the food looked delicious.
Has a nice bar facing the kitchen with seating for four. There's a backyard garden patio, but it isn't open yet. -

Not enough gastro or pub to be a gastropub.
I like the concept, but the implementation needs some work.
Personally, I'd:
• Enlarge the cured meats selection.
• Offer a much larger beer selection.
• Highlight the cocktails a bit more.
• Ditch the generic sports on the tiny TV above the bar.
• Offer more mignonette choices with the oysters. -

Got the best shave of my life here at the barber shop.
The barber shop has a rather excellent, manly waiting room, full of books on luxury cars, English literature, golf, wine, etc. Very much a man cave, with heavy leather furniture, wood paneling, etc. They also serve excellent espresso.
Reservations for the barber shop are required.
The Captain's Bar, downstairs, has a great tiki cocktail called the Captain's Orders. Large cocktails and beers are served in giant silver mugs. Large maps of Hong Kong and old English engravings adorn the walls. Classy. -

Absurd. Harry O will give you his unvarnished opinion on whether or not you're going to look merely good or “pimp” in a particular suit. I ended up with a suit which was super high quality at a reasonable price, and thoroughly enjoyed dealing with someone who clearly knows and loves what he is doing, is not afraid to be himself and give you his unfiltered opinion, and whose idea of service is above and beyond what you will find anywhere else.

I ate lunch here today with some people whose taste in food is unimpeachable. Indeed, it was delicious, and the service was great. The tuna sandwich is great, and a great value for what you get. The lamb entrée looked spectacular. The chocolate cake for dessert was delightful.

A good stop for hangover recovery. Loud music, sports on TV's, packed to the gills, ... but with some tasty food and drinks and upbeat atmosphere.
I had dungeness crab and shrimp enchiladas with tomatillo mascarpone cream, which just about sums up the food style here: Pacific Northwest Mexican American. Also, delicious. Add in two spicy Bloody Mary's and the morning was off to a good start. -

Came in here with Robi and Ryan shortly before closing. We all had the Salumi Salami sandwiches, which were amazing. Wine bottles were available on the tables, with glasses for $4.50 apiece.
Absolutely amazing salami. The wine was good Italian red. Everyone was super friendly, proud of the food they were serving, and for good reason.
I'm in love with this place. -

I was impressed. The drinks I had were all very well made, the cocktail menu is large and well done, the space, unlike most high end cocktail bars, is large and roomy, and it wasn't packed to the gills.
I'd definitely go again. -

I go here almost every day because it's the closest decent espresso.
They do have wifi, and are pretty chill about people hanging out there for hours, so that's a bonus.
That said, if there was a Blue Bottle closer to me, I'd go there, instead. -

Excellent. German beers on tap, they serve dinner, it's a meat- and potatoes-heavy menu, they have a large selection of sausages, and the pretzels are absolutely amazing.

The best pizza I've had since Naples. Possibly better, but it's hard to do a head-to-head taste test.

The carefully-constructed menu here belies the modest setting. There is a limited selection of pre-configured Neapolitan pizzas [0], and once they run out of dough, they close. Both pizzas I tried (the egg and the margherita-alike with white anchovies) were fantastic. Absolutely top notch. Everything from the dough to the ingredients integrated perfectly. I can see why they keep the selection limited: it makes for a solid experience on each pizza.

I will be back.

The four barrels here are fully loaded with hipsters.
Excellent coffee, a healthy amount of seating.
Took quite awhile to get a macchiato. But, hey, it was a very good macchiato.
A bit conflicted, really, as I'd like to see what the place is like on a weekday. -

Good truffles, but the espresso I had was a bit blah.
An optimal trip would seem to be:
- stop by Five Star for a bag of truffles
- walk down the street to Mojo for some excellent espresso -

Had a very good smoked salmon sandwich, with slices of Meyer lemon and capers, here today during the farmer's market. Delicious!
The prices on their smoked fish products, however, are really, really high. So, probably the only thing I'd stop for here is the open faced salmon sandwiches. -

Not quite the cured meat mecca I was expecting, but still pretty solid. The space was small, and the stock seemed a bit thin given what I'd expect of a dedicated salumeria.
That said, they did have a small stock of a few different kinds of dry salami, which is what I was looking for. They were also really helpful and friendly, which is a big plus.
